As an essential business, we were one of the first industries to see the effects of the pandemic and all that was needed to keep our teams and communities safe. We quickly sourced PPE materials for our people, created innovative social distancing and safety protocols in our workplaces never wavering from our commitment to the well-being of our dedicated team members.
We all share a responsibility to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our work, homes and communities. From the beginning of the pandemic, Hormel Foods implemented robust safety protocols and prevention strategies in our plant, sales and office locations around the world that meet or exceed OSHA & CDC guidelines.
We partnered with leading health and safety experts on best practices, and developed the KEEP COVID OUT! campaign to help everyone understand that what we do outside of work is just as important as what we do while we are at work. We are making these campaign materials available to help stop the spread of the virus everywhere.
The KEEP COVID OUT! campaign includes printed materials, videos and other resources in up to 12 languages. All the materials below can be used to help inform team members about the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in any community and how to stop it from coming into any work environment.
